For customers who have a prepaid account in good standing and a transponder, sensors read the transponder and deduct the appropriate toll from the account. These customers pay the lowest toll rates.<\/p>\n
For customers who don\u2019t have a transponder and\/or a positive account balance, high-resolution cameras capture a photo of the license plate and an invoice is mailed to the registered owner of the vehicle.
