3. RiverLink Starter Kit From\u00a0a Retail Location<\/h4>\n

RiverLink starter kits are available at selected retail locations in Kentucky and Indiana. Kits include a prepaid transponder that is ready to use on any of the three Louisville\u2013Southern Indiana Ohio River tolled bridges, plus a reload card that can be used to add money to the transponder at participating locations. The minimum balance to load and reload a prepaid transponder is $20.<\/p>\n
