What is auto-replenishment?<\/h2>\n

When customers\u00a0select auto-replenishment and have a valid payment method on file,\u00a0their\u00a0RiverLink prepaid\u00a0account will always have a positive balance. When\u00a0the\u00a0account reaches a low balance, the replenishment amount is automatically added to\u00a0the\u00a0account using the payment method on file.\u00a0Customers can opt in for text message alerts when the\u00a0account is replenished.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The minimum\u00a0account balance to trigger auto-replenishment for an\u00a0account is $6.00 or 30% of the\u00a0replenishment amount, whichever is higher.\u00a0The minimum replenishment amount is $20.00.\u00a0However, as noted in the FAQ\u00a0What auto-replenishment level should I choose?<\/a><\/strong>, consider matching your auto-replenishment level\u00a0to your monthly toll usage.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
