RiverLink is transitioning toll service providers. As a result, new video transactions beginning April 1 through the new toll service provider’s go-live date will be held.

 

Are all transactions being held?

No, only new video transactions beginning April 1 through the new toll service provider’s go-live will be held. Registered pre-paid tag transactions will continue to post to registered customer accounts during this period.

Why is it necessary to hold these transactions?

These transactions are being held as RiverLink transitions to a new a toll service provider.

When will customers with held transactions be billed?

Invoices for held transactions will begin to be billed in late summer. This backlog will cause delays of post go-live invoices which will be resolved by the end of the year.

Will customers receive late fees on these transactions?

Late fees will not be applied to these transactions unless customers fail to pay after the first invoice. The amount of fees charged for each unpaid invoice is not changing.

Can non-account holders use Pay by Plate to pay their tolls during this time?

Pay by Plate will not be available for held transactions.
