(Pay by Mail or Pay by Plate)

Pay Your Toll by Mail, by Phone or Online

This toll payment option requires no pre-registration, but drivers without prepaid accounts and transponders pay the highest toll rates.

How It Works

With this toll payment method, high-resolution cameras capture a photo of the license plate as the vehicle crosses the bridge and lasers are used to determine vehicle classification based on vehicle height and number of axles. How All-Electronic Tolling Works

The toll can then be paid online, or an invoice is mailed to the registered owner of the vehicle. An invoice will be sent monthly. The first RiverLink invoice includes only tolls owed. Pay the bill by the due date to avoid additional fees. Invoices can by paid online, by mail, by phone or in person at a RiverLink customer service center. Pay Online Now

If you wish to pay a toll before receiving an invoice, you can use Pay by Plate from riteOnline by entering in the license plate and license plate state (VIN is not required). Or you can pay by calling customer service or visiting a customer service center.
